Sejong Center for the Performing Arts

Marketing & Promotion Design
The Sejong Center for the Performing Arts (Sejong Center) is one of South Korea's most prominent cultural landmarks and a premier hub for the arts. Located in the heart of Seoul, it serves as a venue for diverse performances, exhibitions, and festivals, hosting some of the most significant cultural events in the country.

While Sejong Center has traditionally been perceived as a formal and dignified institution, our design approach aimed to introduce a more inviting and friendly visual identity. To achieve this, we incorporated playful and approachable elements such as illustrations of gimbap, origami, and sandwitch, along with a vibrant and vivid color palette. This approach helped to make the institution feel more accessible and engaging to a broader audience.

As a part of the design team, I designed promotional posters and leaflets for Sejong Center's major spring and autumn festivals, showcasing diverse cultural programs as well as other plays and musicals.
